 Includes 3 fitness assessments and measurements to track your progress.  This is a mixed multi-level class designed to help you reach your fitness goals.  For those looking to add variety to their training, cross-training & conditioning to compliment their current training to achieve a well-rounded training program.  Using mostly body weight and minimal equipment, you can take these exercises and apply them to your personal fitness routine!
